SISV is much honoured to host the 32nd Pan Pacific Congress of Real Estate Appraisers, Valuers and Counsellors (PPC for short) from 30 Sep to 2 Oct 2025 at Concorde Hotel.

The congress centres around the theme: Valuation & Sustainability: embracing the challenges in practice. Papers received so far cover a wide range of topics from the use of drones, valuation’s role in post-crisis recovery situations, AI applications, environmental performance & valuation, and the valuer’s role and conduct in legal disputes. The speakers are also drawn from many countries, including Singapore.

Based on previous congresses, we expect 200-300 delegates from countries in the Pacific realms. A major activity is the hosting of the Pan Pacific Congress (PPC) and today they include chapters namely Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Taiwan, the USA and Singapore.
